In June 2023, JPS purchased the Scott Law Firm’s Landlord-Tenant practice and Landlord Portal. JPS intends to operate the Portal in the same manner as the Scott Law Firm. If you were previously approved by the Scott Law Firm to use the Portal, you are already approved to use the JPS Portal, and your username and password have not changed.

JPS specializes in providing legal services to landlords and property managers in Columbia. We do not represent or provide legal advice to tenants. Our services include:

• Filing evictions and other lawsuits against tenants and former tenants.
• Defending lawsuits and discrimination complaints filed by tenants.
• Providing legal advice on landlord-tenant matters.
• Providing leasing forms and other forms and notices needed by landlords and property managers.
