James M. Powell

Jim Powell is a 1985 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law (Dean’s List 1982-1985) where he received academic recognition in the areas of estate planning and business organizations.  Jim has been a speaker on estate planning and banking issues.  He has served as a director of the Boone County Bar Association and numerous community nonprofit organizations. He was born and raised in Centralia, Missouri.

Jim is a member of the Missouri Bankers Association Bank Counsel Section, Mid-Missouri Estate Planning Council and the Boone County Bar Association. He primarily assists clients in the matters of banking, business, real estate and estate planning.
