Clark specializes in representing property owners in connection with disputes against their insurance companies. His practice also involves business and real estate litigation, criminal law and personal injury matters. He has extensive courtroom experience, having obtained millions of dollars in verdicts against insurance companies and has represented clients in state trial courts all the way through federal appellate courts. Several of his favorable rulings have established new legal precedent in the State of Missouri.
Clark was born and raised in Columbia, graduating from Rock Bridge High School in 2001. He attended college at the University of Arkansas and graduated in 2005 with a BSBA in Finance & Real Estate. Clark then attended the University of Missouri where he received his JD and MBA degrees in 2008. He was hired as an associate at the firm immediately thereafter.
